Janie's Chilli Sundried Prawn Noodles

I love cooking, it helps me relax after work and enjoy surprising my family. As I sometimes like to get creative and use whatever's in my cupboard - I came up with this spicy little number. I love all the chefs on Good Food Live & Food Uncut plus Jenny of course.

For two PersonsLevel of difficulty:
EasyIngredients
2 Tablespoons of Olive Oil
200 gms of frozen uncooked king prawns
1 small red chilli, chopped small
Fresh Ginger, chopped
1 small stalk of celery, chopped into 2cm thin strips
Sacla Sundried Tomatoes in oil
1 Pack Noodles (Preferably straight to wok noodles)
Method
Defrost prawns for a couple of hours or you can buy fresh ones.
To cook: heat olive oil in non stick frying pan and fry chilli and ginger for a couple of minutes. Add celery and cook for a further minute.
Now add king prawns and a little sundried tomato oil and 3-4 sundried tomatoes. Remove noodles from packet and add to prawns
Serve with some sprigs of basil (simple!)
