"Jajecznica" is a common breakfast dish in Poland. It's very easy and fast to prepare, similar to English scrambled eggs. It's the ideal meal for the beginning of the day.

3 eggs
100g bacon or sausage
2 onions
Salt and pepper
Method
1. Slice the bacon/sausage and onions.
2. Fry the sliced bacon/sausage for 3-5 min.
3. Remove the bacon-sausage from the frying pan.
4. Fry the onions for 3-5 min.
5. Add the fried bacon/sausage to the onion and add the eggs.
6. Whisk all together in the pan. Add salt and pepper.
7. Continue mixing the eggs until they are cooked (about 5-7 min).
