Recipe Story
This is a typical Brazilian party recipe. My family has always been involved in catering and we love to make any small occasion a very special party. This recipe goes from generation to generation. It is delicious and easy to do.

EasyIngredients
200g caster sugar
8 egg yolk
50g grated coconut
75ml coconut milk
Method
Sift the sugar and the egg yolk into a bowl. Add the coconut milk and the grated coconut, mix well but don't whisk.
Place the mixture into the prepared ramikin or small greased containers and sprinkle well with caster sugar.
Place the small ramikins into a tray with water (bain-mary)and put in a heated oven (190c)for aproximatly 40 min.
Wait to cool down and turn it over. Then place into the fridge until cold.
