Recipe Story
This is usual stir fry that my grand mother teach my mum and my mum teach me how to cook it. My grand mother told me, the most important thing in cooking you should keeping clean all the ingerdient and wash your hand before cooking. It is very simple and taste very good^^
Servings:
2-3 peopleLevel of difficulty:
EasyIngredients
1/4 brocoly
1/2 carrot
Mushroom (season it first)
1/4 Cabbage
*u can put any vegetables you like.
4-5 cloves of garlic
Corn flour mixed with water.
1 thumbs of ginger.
3-4 chikcen breast or pork
Oyster sauce
Method
1. Wash all the vegetables and boiled
2. Put the garlic in hot oil on the pan with the chicken. stir fry until the chicken change colour.
3. Put all boiling vegetables without their water. Put the sauce and season well.
4 Wait untill all the vegetable cooked and serve with noddle or rice.
