pan fried chicken breasts with mais and Gran Manier

This is a recipe I made up to make Chicken breasts more interesting.

EasyIngredients
1 Chicken breast (sliced)
100 g Butter
Flour
liquir glass of Gran Manier
1 Can of Mais
Salt
Method
mix a pinch of salt with enough Flour to coat the chicken breast slices.
Melt the butter in a pan untill it bubbles and add the floured chicken breasts. Cook the slices untill slightly browned on each side.
Drain the mais from its liquid and add the mais to the chicken. Heat through.
Add the Gran manier allow it to reduce a little. The sauce will take on a creamy consistency Take care when adding the liquour that the flame is not high under the pan as it might catch fire. tsaste and adjust salt if necessary. Serve immediately
