Recipe Story

was an idea that my mum came across one day because we didnt wont to eat a fry up but we still wanted the bacon and mushrooms but im a pasta and cheese lover so my mum made me a dish i learnt how to cook it and been cooking it ever since.

Ingredients


bacon
mushrooms
double cream
pasta
parsley
italian cheese/parmasen

Method


fill the pan with water and add a pinch or 2 of salt place pan on a ring at full heat.

while water is boiling finely cut the parsley, cut the bacon and mushrooms into small cubes and finley cut the italian cheese or sprinkle parmasen.

once the bacon and mushrooms are cut your water should be boiling so add as much pasta as you likekeep stirring every couple of minutes so the pasta does not stick to the sides.

while the pasta is cooking fry the bacon
until nice and golden also fry the muchrooms.

once the pasta is done sieve it to remove all water.

now put the pasta, bacon and mushrooms into a wok and stir together until all mixed.

place wok on ring at a medium heat add the double cream to the mixture stir til all mixed in.

once the mix is coated in double cream add the finley grated italian cheese or sprinkle the parmasen and add the parsley to make the sauce thick and creamy.

once all mixed in serve on plate with a sprinkle of italian cheese or parmasen with a couple of parsley leafs.
