My Husband had a big 70th birthday party lots of people come from all over the country and we had caterers in, but he loved this receipe, so I made it for him it was a huge success

Servings:

70 small buffet servings

Ingredients


14 Chicken Breasts
250g Butter
100g Kania Spice Mix for Chicken
Or any herb mix of choice
Half a tube of garlic paste optional

Method


Wipe chicken with tea towel or paper to remove any moisture. Remove any fat and cut into bite size pieces.
In batches of one chicken breast at a time fry off with the butter for 10 mins each batch stiring all the time.
Place each batch in a large saucepan.
When all breasts have been cooked add spice mix, and garlic if required, and on a low heat stir for 5 mins.
This is good hot adding mayonaise to taste and served with rice or cold served with other buffet food.
