Recipe Story

I discovered this recipe, and served it with a GOOD redwine (Pinot Noir or Syrah (FRENCH!). The Noisettes were going to be chucked into a casserole, but an unexpected opportunity for seduction raised its head - and worked. Been married for a l o n g time now

2 Noisettes per person

Ingredients


4 Noisettes of Lamb
2oz Butter
Garlic
Red Wine
Redcurrant Jelly
Flour, Seasoning, Mint leaves, watercress leaves for garnish

Method


Saute the garlic in the butter. Add Noisettes and brown. Remove meat, keep warm Add flour to juices and cook. Add red wine, Redcurrant jelly.
Cook until smooth and thickish. Pour over lamb. Serve with loving care, on white china, with wine in good crystal, candlelit table, linen cloth and napkins. Pre warm bedroom
