Ingredients


Potatos
Onions
Corned Beef or any left over meats.
Beef Stock

Method


In a frying pan layer sliced potatos, onions and corned beef, add stock , cook on oven top for 30 mins. Place in hot oven for 15 mins till top layer of potayos are crisp.
Serve with green veg of choice.
