Great selection of locally grown or sourced products, particularly meat, veg & fruit. Also has an excellent cafe on site.
Hawarden Farm Shop is a fantastic example of a local food hero. Most of the produce is produced on site and for those products where this cannot be achieved, the products are sourced from other past food heros and small local producers around the country. The butchers is fantastic with warm, friendly staff throughout the whole shop. It is a pleasure to shop there!
We too used to come here when it was a shed, and by chance visited on their opening day in March as the new shop. It is now part of our life! Fabulous produce, nice people, lots of car parking, what more could you wish for?!
We have been going there since it was a shed but now Harwarden Estate Farm Shop is a gastronomic experience. The butchers and bakery are exquisite and the only fresher food I know of is out of my own garden. The staff are fun, the produce is excellent, and they make a good cup of coffee. Potatoes grown 50 feet from the shop, beetroot, strawberries, superb cheeses and meat. An milk from estate cattle. All taste wonderful and often lower cost than the supermarket. Welsh beer and good things from a bit further afield. And don't forget the cafe. Everyone locally should support this brilliant place.
This shop is everything a farm shop should be, selling their own meat, fruit and vegetables produced and grown on the Estate. The staff are very friendly and knowlegable and obviously enjoy their work, the setting and the shop itself is stunning. Well worth a visit.
A large selection of local food and drink some sourced from ther own estate. Lovely friendly staff nice atmosphere theres even a coffee shop. Every weekend there is a guest stall.
