Stunning is the first word I would use to describe Katie's cakes. Cutting edge cake designs that you would not expect to see outside of London, executed with such exquisite attention to detail that when you see they cost less than they would in the capital you can't quite believe it. The second word is delicious. I never thought wedding cakes were supposed to taste nice but Katie's are absolutely scrummy.

Not only are Katies cakes amazing but the service she provides is too! I had a consultation with Katie for a wedding cake, she helped me so much and was very patient with me when I was indecisive. I like the fact that Couture Cakes is based on the farm and literally could not be closer to the source of its ingredients - organic flour and free range eggs. The attention to detail on the decoration of the cakes is amazing, but best of all is the taste - especially the chocolate fruit cake.

After searching high and low for the perfect wedding cake, we finally found Katie and thank goodness we did. We had a lengthy discussion about our wishes and design ideas and Katie was very patient indeed as we changed our minds so many times! The tasting of the cakes was wonderful (that definitely kept the groom happy). Between us we came up with the best wedding cake that suited the theme of our wedding. On the day the cake was perfect and was commented upon by all of our guests. I just have to think of an excuse to get Katie to make another cake for us :o)

Katie is currently in the process of designing my wedding cake. When discussing the specification for the cake, Katie spent a great deal of time and trouble thinking through imaginative proposals for how we could achieve the look we wanted to fit in with our wedding theme. Katie knows how to make and bake the finest cakes in Lincolnshire. My partner Colin and I asked her to make our wedding cake and we never regretted it once. She must spend hours decorating them to make them look that good!
