The chelsea fishmonger has offered a dedicated service and although the choice of seasonal and local british fish has changed the quality has always remained the same. Superb! The staff always have a recipe suggestion and are happy to educate me by helping me to recognize a new fish. So a big thank you. We love this food hero.
