s more full of flavour than normal wheat flour batter - which can be quite heavy and doughy. I'd recommend the g.f battered fish to everyone eveI also picked up a copy of The Grapevine Magazine from a local Sainsburys branch, which was quite neat. I have an allergy to wheat diagnosed quite recently and thought i couldn't have fish and chips again, its great. I had Plaice and chips, the batter on the fish was so light and crispy and actually wan those without an allergy it was simply delicious! Thanks
Delicious Fish and chip shop with an original menu. They serve battered cod, plaice, haddock, salmon, trout, lemon sole, and hake. Also healthy options, poached cod, salmon and trout - which is delicious. Now the serve GLUTEN AND WHEAT FREE BATTERED FISH AND CHIPS!!!!! They are the only takeaway in Wales that provides this service everyday all day. For those growing numbers of allergy sufferers it is a dream come true! I found this out on from THE GRAPEVINE MAGAZINE a local food and drink book.
