Mourne Seafood Bar

2008 Regional Winner
Fishmonger Restaurant

Selling: Fish & Shellfish, Home-Cooked Dishes

This seafood restaurant is unique in Ireland as it sources all its shellfish from its own shellfish beds. Their menu is extensive, ranging from Mussels and Oysters to Lobsters, Langoustines and fresh fish. Every day they serve a range of specials depending on what has been landed that morning at the local ports of Kilkeel and Annalong. Their aim is to introduce seafood lovers to some of our lesser known species such as Gurnard, Ling and John Dory. For the non-seafood lovers they serve locally reared steaks and chickens.

This classic Seafood Restaurant maintains an unsurpassed standard of service and scintillating food to cater for everyones taste. No need to be a fish lover as every dish on the menu will cater for each persons taste ! When in Belfast a visit to the Mourne Seafood bar is a must, For lunch have a cup of chowder that will make the locals of Cape Cod green with envy, served with Japanese Oysters, or book well in advance for a romantic evening meal in a restaurant full of character and a most importantly food to die for !!!!
