They make a wonderful range of pasta, their butter is to die for and as for their cheese, there is nothing like it. Well done all the team at Twineham - keep up the good work.
Have met Rob at farmers Markets, he is always helpfull, seems to have a real understanding of the cheeses and pastas. I have used thier online order sytem as I use a fair amount of the Delicious 'Farmers Hand' cheese and always get a quick delivery.
We've stopped buying Italian Parmesan, as the cheese that Twineham Grange makes in the same style is so good. It's less expensive, brilliant to eat or cook with, and saves on the food-miles.
Their Italian Style cheese is superb. Very close to a parmesan cheese and just as good. Also fresh pasta and italian sauses of great quality made from good natural ingredients.
