Every week Vince sets up his table and umbrella rain or shine at the IFSC. He brings with him the best muffins and scones I have ever tasted. The lemon poppyseed is the best. The ingredients are fresh and the muffins taste like they just came out of the oven. Our whole office looks forward to Wednesdays when the muffin man comes to town.

Vince & Cathy bake the tastiest muffin's by far, they are extra large, moist, full of flavour. Vince is really pleasant and his wife Cathy likewise. I would highly recommend their pecan pie - TO DIE FOR !

Every saturday without fail we make it to marley park for our muffin fix! The muffin man is always there with a smile and a chat - and as for the muffins, well you can't argue with banana and nut or lemon poppyseed or blackberry oatmeal, shall i go on! Great to see success has not got to vince and cathy, a real pleasure!

This man is a legend. He was baking muffins on the Berlin Wall when he came down. He's baked special red muffins for Fidel Castro and special green ones for Kermit the Frog. He's baked his way through the Gobi desert and over Niagra falls. I've eaten at least one of his muffins every Wednesday for over a year now. IFSC market, Dublin, where else would you be on a Wednesday. Quality is second to none. Vince we salute you.

I was one of their first customers. Before Vince & Cath had the shop in the main street in Tandragee. Cath use to bake all the cakes & scones in the oven in the kitchen at home. cath would start baking at 3am in the morning. When all the baking was done Vince use to do the deliveries. rom their Kitchen to the bakery in the main Street in Tanadragee both Cath & Vince deserve all the sucess for all their hard work long may the sucess continue. They sell California style muffins, scones, granola, giant cookies, and cupcakes. They are true craft bakery using only the freshest ingredients. No flavourings, no preservatives, no additives. Almost all products are mixed by hand and are sold the same day they are baked. They bake REAL muffins. Blueberry, Cranberry Orange Almond, Lemon Ginger, Lemonpoppyseed, Oatmeal Blackberry, Bran withFresh Pear and Pecan and more. Real fruit bought locally from local farms whenever possible. Scones made only 10 at a time with such flavours as Orange Cranberry, Lemon Raisin, Bacon & Cheddar, Apple Cinnamon, Maple Pecan and more. Granola made by hand and sold fresh to the customers. They even make healthy handmade dog treats with the same love as they do all their other products. They have to be seen to be believed. No other bakery compares in all of Ireland.
