As its name might suggest, this Lancashire based company specialises in producing home-made preserves, which are free from wheat and gluten. Although based in Greenmount, Parker’s Preserves makes regular appearances at various farmers’ markets throughout the country, or alternatively you can get your orders sent to you by post. Choose from a wide selection of products, including a traditional-recipe tomato pickle, a range of fruit chutneys, and even a variety of dipping sauces. Parker's Sweet 'n Spicy Mango Chutney has been named best chutney, pickle or mustard in the North West by North West Fine Foods.

Tried your preserves today at houghton tower all I can say is wow they are delicious. I bought your chilli chutney and chilli spiced shallots all the family are really impressed. preserves like i've never experienced before - the spiced chilli pickled onions are out of this world. The picca chilli is second to none. Lovely, fresh tasting produce that the Parker family should be proud of. Furthermore, fabulous and friendly service! Thank you very much.
