Even the lady who cut my hair said that until you have tasted Jamie Ward's pork and bacon, you don't really know what it SHOULD taste like. And I agree. Great guy and a great product!
Jamie's pork roasting joints are not to be missed. The crackling always turns out wonderfully well without any need to use salt, the meat is 'melt in your mouth' and it tastes suberb.
Tasty products, ever helpful and produces great gluten-free sausages too
I have bought sausages from Jamie Ward since he started 8 years ago. They are the best evre as are all his products. No "nasties" and all his animals are well cared fro and very happy. A very nice man too.
