Jane and the team have turned this place around, whether you are a couple wanting a nice meal, a family muddy from a walk begging for her famous chips or one of her 'sexy OAP's as she calls then wanting a quality but discounted meal - Jane does the lot. Fresh food. locally sourced where she can, greeat service, good prices, big helpings served with genuine care and love for what she does. She even stepped in to sell some shop essentials when the shop shut down, now thas a food hero for you!

The landlords and staff are really friendly and welcoming and will even cook you a dippy egg if you aren't feeling well. They will treat your dogs too. yesterday Jane fed a friends dog roast beef! The chips are the best, proper chips, just like my mum makes.
