With a strong belief in supporting local suppliers, Farmer Jacks stocks a selection of foods sourced as close to home as possible. All of the meat, from the free range lamb to the free range chicken, is from stock reared on the Isle of Wight, as is the bacon, cured at the Isle of Wight Bacon Company. Fresh vegetables are brought in from an island farm owned by one of the Farmer Jacks’ partners, and the dairy farm owned by another partner supplies milk for the clotted cream, cheesecakes, ice-cream and other dairy items available. Other local producers are also supported, both those on the Isle of Wight as well as some based in neighbouring counties, and Dorset blueberry chutneys and specialist products in the Tracklements range are amongst the items on offer.
