we use all local produce, all from within a 10 mile raidius, and we also grow most of our own vegetables.we cook each and every meal fresh to order,so that the locally bought, and home grown produce,has the maximum inpact on the eye and taste buds.

Outstanding cuisine. The finest of local produce lovingly and skilfully cooked and presented. The finest dining experience we have had - and cannot wait to repeat. The Wild Boar and the Sea Bass could never be bettered. If you need a reason to visit Wales, the Fish and Anchor could be it!

i had a locally caught sea bass at this restaurant last weekend, and no where in britain could you taste finner, be it rick stien, gorden ramsey,jamie oliver, who ever,the chef at the fish and anchor does justice to the word local fresh food, well done and keep up the good work, someone will discover you one day.

the only italian in west wales worthy of the description, with proper italian food prepared exceptionally by a proper italian chef, using only the finest local welsh produce. Truly exceptional!

This old pub uses some of the finest local meats in Wales. Steaks are all from local farms - and are well hung and therefore taste WONDERFUL
