I first heard about this company on the local BBC radio station as they support local farms. I have now tried the full range and have been extremely impressed. I am not a fan of convenience food but these are so different from anything you would normally get off the shelf. They have no additives and are not packed with salt. The food is good enough to serve at a dinner party, especially if you follow the excellent recommendations on the back. Definitely try these not only for the quality but also because they support local farmers/breeders. I hope they extend the range soon.

A fantastic range of products and such good quality. Also very innovative choice of meals. I started to use them for dinner parties and following their hints for serving the food - BIG success! I can't wait for more meals to be added.

The quality of the food is excellent, the convenience is worth the cost. With all completely natural ingredients even the purists can be confident that they are eating the best. These meals have become lifesavers for my daughter who doesn't enjoy the best of health. When I ordered online they were delivered within 2 days, great service. I can't wait for the range to expand :o)

innovative, tasty, ethical, convenient, smart-thinking - a bit edgey and just fab.

I came across these meals by accident in a shop in Scotland, and enjoyed it so much I ordered some for standbys. Just as well, as I had a friend to stay the next weekend, at very little notice - so we were able to have a really tasty, quality meal with the minimum of effort. Great!

I just love this range of meals. I don't think they have been around long but they are a godsend. I have two small children and another on the way so by the time Ive fed them I don't have much time to spend in the kitchen and frozen meals are becoming so tiresome. My husband loves the Alnwick Castle Estate Venison meatballs but my favourite is the Northumberland Cheese Soup it has a really nice kick to it. I would reccomend them to anybody!

A range of provenance proven, almost ready meals "ideal for busy people who have a love of good food". Sold in fine food stores, deli's and farm shops and also through their own online shop www.lookwhatwefound.co.uk There are nine dishes including Northumberland Cheese soup, Herdwick Mutton Stew, Cumberland Farmhouse Sausage Cassoulet, Smoked Haddock Pottage with Prawns and Mussels, Mushroom Stroganoff, Venison Meatballs, Wabberthwaite Pancetta and Beef in Black Velvet Porter. The packages tell you exactly where the ingredients came from and have a cheery photo of the producer on the front. My favourite is the Pancetta which I serve with pasta.
