What Mike & his staff do particularly well is err... everything! From the menu planning, to either receiving your prepared food for smaller parties where you want to 'do a bit' yourself, or better still the team taking over your kitchen for a couple of hours, leaving it cleaner than when they went in! The food is, without exception, exquisite. If the AA ever award mobile stars, Mike should have the inaugural one!

Mike is a great chef. He provides great food, often with a fun twist, and always excellent service. He always goes that extra mile to make any occasion run smoothly.

Mike is a really rare find! We have only known each other for a year, and in this time he has become a great friend, always there with help and sound advice. Mike gives freely of himself, and his time, doing much work for charity in his quiet, unassuming manner, and helping to raise the profile of the NW area, supporting 'foodie' events and festivals. An absolute professional, Mike produces the most fabulous food, he is a fantastic, and much under rated Chef-Extraordinaire! Mike catered a dinner party for 6 of us. Food was top notch. All well presented, very tasty, nothing was left..! Service was great also, and he didn't mind chatting to our amateur chef guests. Fantastic, couldn't have wished for a better meal/party.

Mike has always had an eye for detail and a taste for quality, but not so as to put off an inexperienced seeker after new gastro experiences.
