Quite simply the most exciting cheese selection available in the NW. Ian and Vickie also run the Cheese Club which makes one weekend a month very exciting, getting together with friends to try out a new selection each time.

Superb customer service - always a freindly welcome. Staff are all enthusiastic, courteous and well-informed. The cheese is the best in the region and always complemented by a fantastic range of tasty and innovative products (including some wonderdful wines). Liverpool Cheese Company is a little gem in Liverpool's cultural crown and it sparkles with the vision and passion of the very special couple who run it.

We had our wedding cake made from the most wonderful cheese you could ever imagine. Vickie (the owner) even came down to the venue to arrange it all. It was the most amazing cake ever and the guests were all so impressed. The owners of this shop know their cheeses and are so friendly and helpful! we always come away from the shop with a bag full! After we've tried the samples of course!!!

I love coming into this shop, i love the staff, smell and free samples! I wish i worked there...hint hint!

We were delighted to discover this shop shortly after moving to Liverpool the people who own the shop are very friendly and helpful and even showed our son around the cheese room where the cheeses are kept and matured. We will always be customers.

really a delightful shop that not only sells the best selection of cheese in liverpool but other local seasonal goodies as well. the staff are helpful and enthusiastic and I cannot recommend this shop highly enough. they also have a stall at lark lane farmers market if you cannot get to woolton. Try the Barkham blue it's out of this world.

Another year on and the same excellent service and wide variety of cheeses. I always look forward to my weekly visit to see whats new and revisit old favourites. Many thanks to the knowledgeable friendly staff.

The team here are genuinely knowledgable and passionate about cheese. As well as offering lots of advice and help in choosing cheese boards they are keen to promote "real" cheese and will visit groups and talk about the subject. They also run fascinating tasting sessions.

A magnificent selection of cheeses with something for every taste. If you are not sure ask the very friendly and accommodating staff for a taster. They can also advise you on what wines would go best with your cheese selection. The best place for cheese in Liverpool.

My favourite shop ever! This is shopping as it should be - great choice of local products, over 100 cheeses with friendly and helpful staff who always take the time to chat (especially Ian!)

The helpful friendly staff couldn't be better, always willing to share with you their extensive knowledge of the products. The vast selection of cheeses couldn't be bettered anywhere and are always in perfect condition. This shop also supports other local producers stocking speciality breads, jams, pickles, cakes, chocolate, (including chilli chocolate!) wine, oils, herbs and spices, pottery and baskets. Visit once and you are a customer for life. Well done Vicky and crew.

My mum was in the marie curie down the road and we used to take her to the cheese shop and she was in her eliment taking a different cheese home with her every week unfurtunatly my dear mother passed away in august and i go back every now and then to get some cheese.............this is a fantastic shop the best in liverpool
