Superb, real home made cooking which i absolutely loved. The proprietors are very friendly and make you feel at home and nothing is too much trouble (even when i told them i was a Coeliac). I will certainly call again.

The people are so welcoming and lovely. It's such a cozy atmosphere and the food is absolutely delicious. Their hot chocolate is the best i've ever had!

Delicious home cooked produce, locally sourced. Proprietors very pleasant and welcoming, really needs a visit to fully appreciate the delights of this establishment. I would highly recommend it.

The service and welcome was superb. The food was tremendous, if we lived closer we would, undoubtedly, frequent the establishment on a regular basis. Excellent, recommended to all and everyone.

This delightful restaurant situated in the picturesque village of Polperro is exceptional in the area. The menu consists of locally sourced produce of the highest standard. The home-baked cakes are divine and the cream teas with luscious home made scones are served with the finest jam and best quality clotted cream (all from Cornish suppliers). I enjoyed the most delectable open sandwich with smoked salmon and prawns on my last visit - enormous and served just as I like it with optional dressing on side. Delicious. Definitely THE place to enjoy a truly Cornish menu all prepared and baked by a truly Cornish girl.

Beautiful locally produced food. All freshly prepared on the premises, the Sunday lunch is fantastic and great value but book in advance, we've booked for next year when we return on holiday. If in Polperro give this one a try - you will not be disappointed.

All the food is locally sourced and homemade. Best scones in Cornwall! If you want something in particular they go out of there way to help and you know they will put in 100% effort. There is a friendly atmosphere and they make you feel really welcome.

With a lot of competition in the town, this restaurant has consistently delighted both myself and my partner - using the freshest ingredients imaginatively, and having an excellent vegetarian selection each time we've visited. In a week's holiday in the area, we usually end up eating here 2-3 nights! The service is also excellent.Advisable to book at peak periods.
