The staff are so professional and helpful a visit to the shop is a real pleasure. In addition to that the shop supplies my private day nursery delivering to us each week superb meats that are of first class quality. Johnny and his staff helped us host a parents food tasting event last summer giving up their time to help us promote to our parents the quality of the food provided at the nursery. Johnny is a very special person and his shop is really important to our community.

We're fairly new customers but are completely converted, won't be buying supermarket meat again! Johnny and the boys are really helpful, the sausages are excellent and the chicken breasts are huge!!!!

Really fantastic, tasty meat that cooks to perfection! They give great advice if you are unsure of how to cook a certain cut. I have recommended this butcher to lots of friends and family. I never, ever buy meat anywhere else now, and could never go back to buying supermarket meat again!

We moved to the UK from the US, and found Beedham's in our neighborhood. WOW! Johnny and his crew are the BEST. We have lived in a number of places around the world, and it is safe to say that he provides world class meats. We will miss his store (and him) when we eventually return to the States.

Johnny and the boys are totally dedicated to their art. First class service and knowledge and a true desire to supply only the very best. When I wanted to create my own sausage for my delicatessen, there was only one place to go! The whole team got involved to bring my ideas to life with the resultant sausage far exceeding my own high expectations. Properly aged and hung meat, air dried hams and cured delights, home smoked bacon and free range chickens and the best selection of sausages around, just try Johnny once, and you'll never even look at supermarket meat again. Oh.... and don't forget to try the Philo's Sausages!!!!

What an absolute privilege it is to have Beedhams on our doorstep. Superb meats are guaranteed - free-range, fresh and full of flavour - but the Beedhams 'shopping experience' goes way beyond that. A friendly welcome, a chat, ideas on how to cook what you are buying and suggestions for what will work best in that recipe you've fancied trying. Great food and great customer service, what more could you ask for!

I've used J T Beedham for a year or so, the meat has been excellent, but what really makes it such a pleasure is the service; polite, concerned with a passion so amazing. The passion starts with Johnny and just runs through and through. Everyone I talk to about the meat and the service always has positive things to say, if everyone in Britain cared as much as they do, we’d have the best reputation in the world.

If you are person who values traditional values: pride of craftmanship, an eagerness to really know and help their customers, and an unwillingness to cut any corners whatsoever in the pursuit of quality, then JT Beedhams is the butcher for you. Johnny came up through the 'old school' of starting as an apprentice boy to one of the best master butchers in Nottingham, and has grown into being one of the leading butchers in the UK, winning a number of prizes along the way. It is not hard to see why. His shop always has exceptionally high quality meats on offer, but also a number of innovative selections based on his experience combining British, Contintental, and especially Hungarian traditions. You will go there for the meats, but the honest enthusiam he and his staff show for the customer will make it even more of a pleasure.

First started shopping here 4 or 5 years ago after getting thoroughly fed up of 'supermarket "meat"'! Johnny spent at least half an hour telling us where he sources his meats from and all about his products etc etc. We've never gone back to supermarket "meat" and have recommended Beedhams to all and sundry!! The staff are second to none, nothing is too much trouble.

Enthusiasm, generosity, service, outstanding meat at its prime, wonderful imaginative curing of many kinds. Just some of the reasons I don't buy meat from anywhere else though there must be 20 nearer outlets.

This place is about 35 miles from my restaurant but it is worth the travel Johnny is has so much passion for his produce and it shows in the results making my job easy finding the best i can get

JT Beedham has a great repatation the selection off meat and quality is outstanding the staff are allways friendly and worke so hard,its so hard now days to get satisfaction and thats one thing you will get here.we have been buying here from the last 4 years and all ways pleased specialy when we have dinner partys and eyone allways asked were did you get this meet from.well done mate keep up the good work.paul and emma

best sausages and burgers around, all the staff are very helpful and know everything there is to know about meat and the best ways to cook it they also have a great range of recipes for you to try.

Not only are the whole team passionate about what they sell, but they're always happy to volunteer their favourite cooking methods. Its the only shop I know where the question "How would you serve the {amaging} curry sausages, then?" inspires a lengthy and heated debate. These guys LOVE their food, and this shop is one of the main reasons I like living where I do.

What can you say about Johney and J T Beedhams.... one word springs to mind....FANTASTIC!!! His meat is to die for, his dry cured hams and meat are absolutly divine and his bacon and his vast amount of different types of sausages are absolute must for any english breakfast yum yum!! All in all this local butcher is a inspiration for any other buther , because johney is simply the best money can bye!! Big T

Apart from the good old fashioned customer service provided by staff who know their trade, the meats are fabulous. Their beef is superb, flavoursome and succulent. The shop has an incredible atmosphere full of people who care about what they eat and more importantly care where the food is sourced.

Fantastic meat, friendly and helpful service and sausages that are a must for any fry-up. All that and a cute young butcher on Sherwood high street!

Genuine people, genuine cuts, the best you can buy. It has turned my missus back in the direction of eating meat in England and we do not buy now from anywhere else. They will always be my butchers. The best thing that came out of Nottingham since Robin.

Passion and care. Passion for creating the best meat in the midlands. My father orders bacon to be sent out to Hong Kong, it is that good! Care for the livestock at source and for the proccess to get to the plate. I don't buy meat from anywhere else.

Gold Award winning sausages (I recommend the Lincolnshire!) home dry cured bacon (no water!) air dried ham (used by Sat Bains on TV!) and free range meat from local farms (delicious!). All this....and good old fashioned service with a smile! This is why I shop at Beedhams! Keep up the great work Johnny and team!

The team at Beedham and Sons is second to none - knowing the meaning of good old fashioned service, combined with quality food. Johnny has a true passion for his profession -knowing the industry inside and out he is able to offer expert advice not only about the cuts of meat /sausages, hams , bacon etc but also how to prepare them. There's a great, lively atmosphere in the shop and even outside if you choose to book a BBQ !!

Johnny and his team provide the best service of any butchers in the area. They created the silver awardwinning Panthers Sizzlers sausages for the local ice hockey team and the players and fans alike enjoy visiting his store because of the vast range of super meats and the friendly service. JOHNNYS HOME MADE PARMA HAM IS JUST OUT OF THIS WORLD AND I WOULD RECOMMEND IT TO EVERYONE.

There is no where better to go for the best meat epecially the sausages. The customer service is second to none. We do not shop anywhere else for out meat

Johnny Pusztai, an experienced Hungarian butcher makes great use of his skills in the art of butchery, and from his award winning sausages, which took golds and silvers in previous sausage contests to his original homemade burgers, this new and upcoming butcher is going to take the catering world by storm, that is for sure. Not only is he an extremely experienced butcher but also a private caterer for his own business called bbq unique.

Quality meat at quality price. Sausages to die for and a great double act to keep you entertained when you are being so well served and looked after by John, the "owner" and Les the "guru"!!!

Johnie, the owner & butcher is second to none in his customer service as well as selling organic meat that tastes like it used to taste years ago. His sausages, air dried ham, burgers etc etc are full of good meat & not made up from gristle & rubbish but are wonderful in their own right, this shop stands out a mile for it's very high quality produce & service not to be found anywhere else.

This Butchers is a one in a million in my eyes, the quality of meats,service and all round experiance of using this butchers is simlpy out of this world and the standard is like none i have ever come accross befor!Jonny the Butcher/owner is amazing,no task is to small or too big for him,he's always more than willing to help!He creates the most delicious sausages and i honestly can say hand on heart that the meats are highest of quality!
