This is a little gem of a deli in Stockbridge. The staff are always so friendly and give heaps of advice on cooking certain cuts of meat and ideas for a quick supper. They are always sourcing new products and provide a wide range of items whether if be for supper, dinner party or just a foodie gift!

It's The Store you go to if you need really Good meat! And while you there you find a lot more tasty goodies you just have to buy.. what a great shop!

Well done The Store! I work here and can honestly say hand on heart, the matured Aberdeen Angus beef and lamb is in another league from any other I have tried. The Booth family are so passionate about food, farming and their produce, they are a real inspiration. All of the accompanying products are very carefully tasted and selected. I really enjoy working and shopping here.

This shop has really enhanced our local shopping area. The Aberdeen Angus beef is delicious and I also enjoy my fresh weekly veg box. The staff are very friendly and knowledgeable and they have a great selection of produce.

The Store has the best steaks and burgers!! The venison & cranberry burgers and sausages are amazing. You always just pop in for one item and come out with a bag full of the most tasty food!! The Store place emphasis on local produce, seasonal produce and naturally produced or grown - which is so important these days. Well done The Store!!

This is a lovely, friendly shop stocking great fresh produce.

The Store sells the tastiest Aberdeen Angus beef I have ever tasted. My consumption of beef has increased considerably!! There is so many different products to choose from and the staff are always extremely knowledgeable about the product and how to use it, cook it etc. A great asset to the Stockbridge area!

I am proud to say that this is our local store. The staff are very genuine, warm and friendly and really know and care about their produce. The sausages are great qulaity and very tasty. Saturday mornings aren't the same without them! The Aberdeen Angus beef and lamb is the best we have tried and we really enjoy cooking new cuts and trying different recipes. We have been spreading the word to all of our friends, so hopefully UKTV food will mean they are no longer our best kept secret!

i just love the store. the moment you step inside you get welcomed as a friend, not as a sales target. also the general look and cleanliness of it all is great! the staff are informed and the management seem to always be getting in tasty new things, in the deli side of things. however, the stores main product is their meat and chef specials which come straight from the farm kitchen. i don't go anywhere else for my meat, its just so tasty and succulent.

This place is special as it keeps my boyfriend away from takeaways in Stockbridge as he's fallen in love with the food here. Consquently, he eats much better and fresher food. We also bought all our Xmas dinner ingredients here - the Turkey was amazing!

The store opened relatively recently on my route home from work and is without doubt the best addition to the route I could have asked for. The quality of the produce on offer is exceptional and the staff always friendly and helpful. I could not write a review without bringing up their Aberdeen Angus steaks; among the best I have come upon, especially their thick delicious fillets. A fantastic store overall!!

The quality of produce is of the best - the Aberdeen Angus Steak is of the highest quality. The staff are so friendly and always willing to help or explain where produce has come from. My family just love the Linda Dick chickens. Whilst it is slightly more expensive there is no waste and the quality makes the price paid good value.

A great addition to Stockbridge, well designed shop, superb produce, the steaks are fantastic and very tasty fruit and veg. Plus great service what more could one want!!!

I would like to send a huge thank you to all the staff at The Store who have converted me from a convenience shopper to 'shopping local'. Since purchasing all of my fresh meat and veg from The Store my families taste buds have certainly had an awakening. This has also ensured that my young daughter also benefits from the fresh meat and vegetables and not to mention the innovative recipe books which are on sale which help me ensure she has a truly wholesome start in her life.

what makes this place special is that you feel appreciated as a customer,very friendly staff and the products i can buy are just of incredible taste and certainly worth the money . The Store really adds so much ambience to the Stockbride area.

A very welcoming shop. Fantastic range of products. I can get products at The Store that I haven't seen anyone else. Great Fruit and Veg from local producers which tastes so much better than supermarket produce. The Beef and Lamb are superb, so flavoursome and tender and it is great to know where it has come from and that the animals have been reared properly. Very friendly and helpful staff who know and understand the products they stock. I highly recommend The Store and applaud their obvious dedication.

I am a regular customer to The Store in Edinburgh and it is undoubtedly one of my favourite local shops. The staff are welcoming, knowledgeable about the produce they stock and very helpful but above all the range and quality of produce available is outstanding. The Store stocks the highest quality fresh meat and I can personally recommend the Aberdeen Angus fillet burgers! Along with the great selection of meats is a wide range of cheeses, vegetables, condiments, need I go on! I also recommend a visit even if it’s just to sample some of the amazing bakery boxes, home baked shortbread, chocolate brownies and other treats that are melt in the mouth. Definitely a local food hero!

Our local food shop, and where a lot of our food spending money goes! Lots of local produce, much of the stuff from the suppliers of the farmers market saving an early Saturday morning start. Very friendly and kind staff, lots of food to taste and sample, the kind of shop friends are jealous that we have near by!
