I have been a customer of this excellent butchers since they began trading ,their quality is extremely high as is their product range, they are well supported by their friendly and helpfull staff. their shop is great asset to Conwy town.

Not only do I buy my meat and charcuterie from this amazing butcher but my friends ask me to bring supplies when I visit them in Derby and Spain! The sausage range and taste are brilliant, the home cured bacon sensational and the pork from Ieuans brothers farm is definitely worth waiting for as is the saltmarsh lamb.

They are just wonderful! Lots of creative ideas for meals - from the unusual to the usual. the staff are great - nothing is too much trouble, many have been there for years whih in my mind says it all. I remember the place when the owners father had the shop and Ieuan has inherited his charm and hard work from him - keep it up and good luck you are one on Conwys gems!!

This butchers is outstanding, I shop there most days, and have been for many years, the quality of meat is the best any one could get I can prove that the meat is of best quality, in a rush one night I went to the local super market for mince to do spag bol for tea never told any one that I hadn't been to conwy for the mince, when I put it on the table for the family to eat they took a few mouth fulls and each one of them said this mince isn't from edwards I had to hold my hands up, so that says it all fantastic butchers serves quality meat all the time. cheese, bread, pies, cakes all are excellent. I just hope that this butchers wins as it deserves to. The staff are also outstanding in every way. GOOD LUCK

I have never come across a butchers with service or quality that exceeds every expectation. Pride oozes from the staff. Have you ever felt hungry looking at raw meats? Enter this shop and you will, buy it and try it and you won't shop anywhere else. Every item is presented so you can actually imagine the taste and the accompaniments that you can purchase for your special dinners or BBQ's are such a compliment. FANTASTIC.

Quality food and quality service is what makes us travel from Abergele whenever we want to treat ourselves to that special meal at home . The fillet steak is fantastic and the minted lamb grill sticks as a starter..mmmmmmmm...must dash, we are having yet another special meal tonight !!

One of the joys of moving to North Wales was discovering Edwards. The quality of their produce is unsurpassed. For instance, we are particularly keen on their award-winning sausages, peppered steaks, flavoured chicken breasts, minted lamb steaks and henries, spare ribs and steak pies. We are aware of people who travel from Lancashire to Conwy on a regular basis solely for the purpose of shopping at Edwards.

Have been using this 'Hero' for 3 years, always good quality meat, bacon and cheese, they have an easy to use website and i fyou need something not listed or special they will always try to oblige, delivery is always quick and well wrapped and labelled in cool box.

In a nutshell - Superb quality products coupled with excellent service. Their susages, bacon, beefburgers and steaks are the best that I have found, and I'm fussy! I'm fed up with being presented with dayglo red steaks that are tasteless and tough - this butcher knows his stuff and does not compromise when it comes to quality.

Well, last week I actually did - and finally went to Edwards of Conwy. I'll never go anywhere else again, the quality of all the products and presentation are first class. The staff were the best I've ever met. They have impeccable knowledge of their trade and the butcher cut me a leg of salt marsh lamb there and then to order. Everything I bought was fantastic - i bought lots.. and will be going back regularly. Ps The local organic eggs were amazing all colours even blue! I would like to encourage all those like me who say they're going to buy local DO IT. Its better for you and your local economy. If you don't use it - you'll lose it!

The quality of the meat is simply sensational. The Home cured bacon is the best I've ever eaten and the range of sausages are unsurpassed. A visit is a Must - even for my vegetarian wife!

The sausages are phenomenal. No nasty liquid comes ot when you fry them, unlike supermarket sausages. I've been impressed with everything I've ever bought at Edwards, and this is why so many local restaurants use Ieuan's meat (The Pen y Bryn, The Castle).

Fantastic meat, pies and fresh sandwiches, but most of all the sausages, simply superb, especially the Pork and Stilton. I always buy some when I get into Conwy, but as I now live in York the website is a very effective way of ordering some fantastic meat, which has always turned up on time and to their usual high standards of quality.

They have worked in partnership with our local Coeliac UK Group to produce a gluten free sausage that looks and tastes like the real thing, they even prepare a gluten free sausage that looks the same as a breakfast sausage which I can serve to my gluten free guests at my guest house. Hoorah!!!
