Cinnamon Twist is a unique bakery & patisserie, each & every product they make is hand made - really! with attention to detail & taste - too often overlooked! the head pastry chef worked in london and has an inbuilt passion to serve the very best each & everyday for their customers. They sell their products only at local farmers markets and have recently opened a very small shop- everything in their shop is made by themselves each & everyday - to control the quality they sell. They display their products in such a mouth watering way - the shop counter or stall at the farmers markets literally make you stop still (& they have had people walk into lampposts! - cause they are too busy looking at the food!) it is crammed from corner to corner with galette, brioche, raspberry meringues, bread still warm from the oven, muffins, brownies...looking so colourful, using local & seasonal ingredients. They are unrivalled in the North of England & have queue after queue of customers happy to wait for such wonderful products...come & see us in action!

this is a new artisan patisserie making everything they sell from scratch with a real passion for excellent food using the finest ingredients. mark trained at baker and spice in knightsbridge and his baking is a real delight to foodies like myself who are fed up with factory style industrial food
