  Originally from Lancs (part of G Manc now), though not living there for many a year, I've always liked black puddings. They have a great taste and plenty of iron - so they're good for you!:-) Chadwicks, IMHO, are the best of a great bunch. Their taste is amazing and, though I've not had any for a while (80 miles each way is not great for weekly shopping) I'll have the privilege of getting a shipping load this coming Saturday.

  RS Ireland Black Pudding is better. I mean for the lean bury ones. The Chadwick ones are too crumbly and blood is first on the ingredients list in the Original Bury Black Pudding Company (RS Ireland) whereas Chadwicks have blood 2nd or 3rd, well not first anyway!

  There is only one black pudding and that is Chadwicks been eating for over 50 year and tey are just as good as they were on Burys old market keep it up

  whilst there is now an upstart claiming to be the only 1's made in bury, i remember the old black pudding stall on the old outdoor market which burned down in '69. that stall was chadwick's. it is and always will be the true home of the "bury black pudd". you just cant get better. hot,fatty and with mustard please.

  This stall is no frills, just the best Black puddings there are. Whether hot or cold, fatty or lean these are the tastiest black puddings at a great price! I have eaten black puddings everywhere I go but none come close to what I beleive is the only true "Bury Black Pudding".

  The best place for black puddings on earth! available hot cold or even vac packed for sending to relatives who miss them! I've tried other black puddings and can't beat Chadwicks, they have also started selling white pudding which is very nice!

  The best place for black puddings in the united kingdom, I have tried many black puddings and no one compares to Chadwick's, I now take them up to Glasgow for the rest of my friends and family to enjoy !!! Keep up the good work !!

  How can you describe Chadwicks black puddings - they're great. I'm always shipping them to friends in oxford and canada who just can't get them as good from anywhere else.

  Chadwicks black puddings are amazing! i always get a hot one when i'm in bury and am yet to find a company that has as many people coming back week in week out. Chadwicks to win!!!!

  Chadwicks have been making and selling black puddings on Bury market since 1929. The most delicious black puddings on the face of the Earth, slathered in hot English mustard, original and best!!!
