Chef-owner Jennifer Laing has worked tirelessly for years to put Alresford (Hampshire) and its famous salad crop watercress firmly on the map. Cresson Creative sell delicious Watercress Products at Farmers Markets, Shows and Festivals across the South. They also combine these products with other locally sourced ingredients to make mouth watering outside catering menus for family occasions such as weddings and christenings and corporate functions.
