De La Tierra Chocolates

Selling: Chocolate

In De La Tierra chocolate two worlds collide. De La Tierra chocolatiers take cocoa beans from the exotic Caribbean Islands and Papua and mix them with British cream from the Peak District to create the unique taste of their chocolate. Add some honey, spices herbs and flowers and together these ingredients become truffles, buttons, milk chocolates, dark chocolates and chocolate slabs. De La Tierra use organic and ethically traded ingredients made by small producers.

The high quality of the chocolates and ingrediants used. The owner is very knowledgeble about her product. The variety and unusual flavours and the honey truffles are to die for.

Superb, hand crafted chocolate combined with delicious and sometimes intriguing flavours, organically sourced. Irresistable.

A very different approach to the chocolate makers art.Often spicey rather than sweet and with some wonderful aromas.Well worth a try. For adults only!

These chocolates are real creations. There are exotic combinations of flavours, for those who know their chocolate, as well as simple but delicious slab chocolate for those who just love it. My children adored the white chocolate with organic bluberries. Ingredients are sourced locally wherever possible and you can taste the quality. I heard De La Tierra is going to be marketing ice cream in the near future - can't wait!

I'm not denying that I enjoy all chocolates, whatever the quality, but De La Tierra's are the only ones with instant aphrodisiac effects...they taste supreme, ingredients are sourced locally and sustainably, and I can actually feel my pupils dilating as I consume them!!
