Selling: Preserves

Wynbeech makes all its own jams, marmalades and mustards using locally sourced fruits, and prides itself on making totally natural products, free of all additives and preservatives - they take great care in creating what they see as an 'edible art form'. Wynbeech makes some really good jam and chutney - their lemon curd is to die for!!! I don't know why they sell it sooooo cheap though??? but I am not complaining! Really good product and I strongly recommend it.

Wynbeech Homemade was set up in 2002 in order to provide those people who would like Gourmet Preserves which are not at an extortionate price. Dave Appleby and his wife are passionate about providing deluxe products using where ever possible local produce. There stall can be regularly found at Hexham, Newcastle, Greenhead and Morpeth Farmers Markets. Business has grown so much in the last two years that Wynbeech are now producing there products at the Vallum Farm right on the Hadrian's Wall with there produce being sold in the Vallum Farm Shop. Wild produce picked around the farm are now being made into jam,s and chutnies with a big demand for nettle products.
