Apertfrom good food to be bought you can eat in the Tea Room which serves superb grub. There is a wonderful craft shop on site and a chocolate shop. Loads of fun things for kids during school holidays.

The quality and variety of fresh and deli foods on sale here is exceptional. Also excellent tearoom.

The crème de la crème of farm shops. There is a good selection of cheeses, mostly English, including plenty of locally sourced, such as the award-winning Blacksticks Blue (£1.25/100g) from Butler's dairy. One wall is stacked with pickles and preserves, from Spicy Gooseberry and Fresh Coriander Chutney to Pear and Ginger Jam.
