We have shopped with Martins for a couple of years now and no longer buy any fish locally. The fish tastes fresher, the price is almost compatible with the local shops and the service and communication is excellent. The polystyrene boxes are all lining planters and pots! I wouldn't buy fish anywhere else in London, not even in the best supermarkets. Short of going to Billingsgate at the crack of dawn, nothing beats the freshness and quality of the fish delivered. You just know when you open the box: fish has an amazing colour and translucency you don't see on the fish counters, and a lovely smell, not at all fishy. The service is very good too.

Jeff & Barbara Martin are two of the friendliest people I have dealt with. What I love is the personal service. If there's a problem they phone me. They have never sent me anything they wouldn't serve themselves and I have been dealing with them for over 5 years, probably near to ten. They deserve to be recognised for making good fresh fish easy to get hold of. Even my kids love their fish and that's not bad praise at all.

I'm not a big fish eater as most of what you buy in supermarkets is rubbery but since the first delivery from Martins seafresh i'm hooked the taste is wonderful and the service is first class.

The regular newsletter is friendly and helpful, the website is easy to use and I never get bombarded with mails trying to get me to buy. The fish is superb - real fish, not the tasteless stuff you get from the supermarket - and it is delivered at your convenience and arrives exactly as promised. Martins provided all the sea food for my wedding. They made sure that it was delivered to the middle of no where, ontime, as fresh as possible, and the quality was out standing.
