The shop also boasts a cafe, providing cutomers with pastries, cakes and sandwiches freshly made from local produce. Favourites with customers are the homemade pies and sausages.

My family have been regular visitors for several years. There is an excellent cafe, good quality meat which is not overpriced, and a wide selection of fresh cheese, cooked meats & other local produce.
I shop here weekly, and i find the produce for sale is of the highest quality, the staff are always willing to help and very welcoming.
Ian, Victoria and all of the staff make you feel welcome and always have a smile on their faces no matter how busy or stressed they are. Well done.
they sell fresh home-made cakes and ready meals, all prepared on the premises, locally grown friut and vegetables. but they really excell in their butchery department

They sell farm produce and a full variety of meats, all produced on the farm - They also have an excellent coffee and tea room with home made products of the highest quality.

The perfect mix of everything in this farmshop. Amazing tasting meats, local veg, dairy products and beers, along with a mix of pastries and relishes. If the sight of all that food is too much and your can't wait to get home to try it, you can always pop in to the cafe and sample some of their homemade delights. Finally the most important aspect of this establishment is the warm welcome everyone gets from all that work there. Top people.
Must be one of the best Farm Shops in the Country never the North East. Whatever did we do before they opened such a short time ago. Any question about types of meats, cooking, traceability etc are chearfully answered by Ian and his team. Really good choice of other products (most of them local)including some of the best "real ale in a bottle" from Redburn.

Wonderful farm shop. Unusual local breads, cakes and scones baked on the premises and local fruit and veg whenever possible. Lovely little cafe with homemade soups to die for!
