We are lucky to have a friend who works for Chelsea fishmongers who, when visiting us in the midlands, offers to transport the fish we buy from the shop to us. Without a doubt its the best fish we've tasted and our only regret is that we don't live closer and that he can't visit more often! I work a couple of doors down from the Chelsea Fishmongers and it has to be said that i have never tasted fish like it. An amazing selection of the highest quality fish for miles around! The likes of Rex, Mat, Lee and Duncan are a joy to be around, apart from when they are boiling lobsters of course! The guys get up at the crack of dawn and still have a smile on their faces at gone 5.30pm in the evening, what a great bunch of lads!!!

I have been going to the Chelsea Fishmonger for nearly 2 years now and am constantly impressed by the emphasis they put on the freshness and sustainability of their stock. Not only do they supply beautiful fish, but they have a deep understanding and love for the subject too. Undoubtedly my favourite fish shop in the world, bar none.

A truly remarkable fish shop. Many people say a shop has the "freshest fish" or has the "friendliest staff", which this one does, but no other shops have the consistency in both. It may not be the cheapest fish shop in London (certainly not the most expensive) but you can guarantee absolute quality every time. We travel a distance to buy our fish here and i have seen no other better fishmonger. These guys deserve all the accolades they get, they have worked for it, so i hope others show their support and vote for them. Good luck boys.
