Excellent selection of fresh produce - home cooked pies and a fantastic atmosphere. A friendly family run business who really pride themselves on what they do. It's a pleasure to look round and a delight to eat!
Absolutely brilliant - excellent range of cuts, all fantastic and guaranteed to make a good meal a fabulous one. The Welsh Dragon sausages are AMAZING and their range of pies astonishing. At the risk of running out of superlatives - fantastic, highly recommended and top-notch! I'm surprised no-one has mentioned the fab bags as well... :-)
Excellent meat, imaginatively prepared and presented. Wild boar and apple sausages are especially good! The friendly and knowledgeable staff are extremely helpful. I no longer buy any meat from the supermarket!

It is always enjoyable when you enter this shop. Best pies I have ever tasted and wonderful sausages. I cook a lot in a wood-fired clay oven and Michael is always helpful in preparing cuts of meat.

Easily the best butcher I have ever been too. Not only is he a Champion pie and sausage maker, all his meat is great quality and theres nothing like a good bit of banter for service if you want it.
