Keith and Helen Burgess rear the very rare, ancient Gloucester breed of cattle renowned for its succulent, tender beef. The family has been cattle farmers for generations and their herd of Gloucesters is raised on grass and home-produced hay. The result is a fine-grained, well-marbled meat that is hung for four weeks. Meat is not always available so phone to check first.
