Like his father before him, farmer Richard Wilding sells quality Cheshire asparagus direct from his 20 acre farm in Oakmere. 95% of his business is the traditional green variety, but he's always on the look out for more exotic types, like a red salad variety or Italian wild asparagus. He may sell to Harvey Nichols, but Wilding's farm sales are of the no-frills variety from a truck in the yard.

Fantastic asparagus. I was on holiday in area and visited this farm shop, quality of produce was so good, far better than all the supermarkets!! Loved the what you see is what you get approach. Definitely worth a visit.
