The most amazing sunflower toast with marmalade, just a shame I have to wait to visit family before I can head back!

The only place of its kind in the Cardiff City Centre. Great coffee. Delicious bacon sandwich: the organic bacon is so much thicker and tastier than the run-of-the-mill junk in other cafes.

Jean and Caroline the owners have worked very hard to achieve a high quality Organic Cafe which Happens to be the only on in Cardiff. The food not only is it of Hifh Quality but is very well present and all the staff are very helpful and extremely friendly

O Zone's sunflower toast with butter and a mug of their black coffee makes the perfect breakfast!

As a lifelong vegetarian I make a habit of seeking out my limited choices wherever I go. O-Zone fills all my needs in central Cardiff, providing excellent salads, really good coffee, sugar-free juices. The takeaway sandwiches on good bread suit me, too. Even better, as the theme is 'organic' rather than 'vegetarian' I can take meat-eating friends who might otherwise feel they had ended up in a cranks corner... And yes, the staff are friendly and helpful, remember me as a regular, and have even sold me a loaf one day when I hadn't made my own at home...

Even though its in the heart of the city centre, the staff make you feel as if you are the only person in their cafe and look after you very well. The food itself is quite inexpensive for such a specialist cafe.

O Zone is fantastic - great food, service and value for money, what more could you want? If you get the chance - go!

Some of the best tasting lunchtime food in Cardiff. Salads are excellent, and the portion sizes are generous. Can choose between white, granary and sunflower bread for the sandwiches. Nearly all the food is organic (only the bacon, I think, isn't) and there's little, if any, difference in price between it and other cafes, if that matters to you. On some things it may even be cheaper. The staff are also very friendly, and look healthy!! I'm not making this up; it's not a result of any determined belief that organic food is better for you no matter what (although I do in general believe that), they genuinely do look... well, healthy. If your after a good, tasty, healthy lunch, I would recommend it.
