I sampled & bought some Snowdonia cheese at a country show - I was instantly hooked! I ordered a selection of different flavours for Christmas - they are all superb. The Green Thunder is fantasitcally garlicy, the Red Devil is good and spicy and the Amber Mist is truly addictive - I have never tasted anything like it (and I don't even like whisky). The Purple Passion which has chocolate chips is a more unusual taste, but I really like the combination. They've got a new flavour - Bouncing Berry, which contains cranberry's - I don't think I can wait until Christmas to try it!

I tasted some of these cheeses at the Lambeth Country Fair and they are fantastic! The 'Pickle Power' was definately my favourite, a really creamy mature cheddar with pickled onions through it - a match made in Heaven! They've also got a Red Leicester with chillis, a cheddar with whisky and the sweet-tasting 'Ginger Spice', which is unusual but very more-ish. I'll definately be ordering a box to have over the Christmas period, when there are a few mouths to feed. I'd order one now but I don't want to get fat ;-)
