The selection on offer depends entirely on the season, but expect whole and hand-filleted seafish such as plaice, lemon sole, brill, turbot, plus crabs, scallops and lobster in season. Buy direct from the harbourside premises or from several farmers' markets in Sussex, including the weekly one at Rye.
