Excellent and wide range of delicious bread, only home made is better. Chocolate croissants better than home made! Small and friendly family run business

I am a caterer and use the bread from this fantastic shop for all my outside events as there is no other baker around here capable of producing the same quality. Try the walnut loaf or the Bavarian bread - both superb. You realise after eating Oscars Bread just how incredibly poor the bread from the supermarkets is!

The great, fresh and unique tastes of their speciality breads keep bringing me back to Oscar's, even at 8am on a Saturday. They provided the bread for my wedding without any question, despite the weekend coinciding with the Flavours of Faversham food festival - our guests loved the bread, and several come to Faversham the day afterwards to find more!

Oscars - a very special, family run business producing the finest breads, second to none. Supplying my own delicatessen business Douy Douys,in Canterbury, they are passionate about quality and committed to great bread making. My customers love their variety of speciality breads especially the Kent Kob, Huffkins annd Irish Batch.

An excellent range of products that are second to none. They used to have a bakery in my road in Gravesend many years ago, and was delighted when I found they had a stall at Meopham Farmer's Market every month. Well worth joining the long queue.

As one of the people who regularly queues up at 8am on a Saturday morning I can recommend this bakery. Their regular breads are imaginative and delicious. They have recently started producing breads using local beer - the date and porter bread in June flew off the counter.

If it wasn't for the quaint shop hours this place would be just about perfect. A great variety of well cooked breads, and the only place that I use when I do not feel like making my own.

What makes it special? Quality, flavour, service - if you don't believe me ask the people who queue outside waiting for it to open at 8am!
