There aren't many places like Leslie's left in Northern Ireland. Most of the bread is made entirely by hand to traditional recipes and methods. The fruit loaf, for example, is legendary in County Fermanagh, but the breads (including sunflower and pumpkin seed, malt and grain) are also worth queuing for.
