The award-winning black bacon and fresh dry-cure bacons are cured naturally from high quality pork and matured to perfection. Aberdeen Angus beef comes from cattle reared naturally on the shores of Lough Erne, and much of the game on sale comes from local estates.

View all reviews (23)Mrs. O'Doherty,Pat & Nuala make visiting their shop a pleasure.They are always welcoming & helpful even when the shop is busy, which it usually is. The same applies even to the very young members of the family when they are in the shop.Pat on one of his demonstraion visits to Harrods took a selection of bacon,sausage & puddings etc. to our son in London and now we have to keep up the supply at regular intervals and also to German friends who come to visit us. The Black Bacon & other items are so good it is costing us a fortune!!!. Long may it continue,
I visited my son in august 2007, went to O'Doherty's to pick up some meat for dinner. I bought some large hamburger patties and my son grilled them outddors on the BBQ. It was the best hamburger I've ever had. I returned the next day for more meats and they were all just as great. The sausage had very little fat in it, and I even had to add a bit of oil to the pan when browning it. The taste, delicious. Can't wait to return 11/07!!!

they sell the best bacon in the world!!! So thick and juicy and no excess water or anti-b'b left on the pan after cooking...absolutly great.
ODohertys is a butchers selling the most wonderful local produce.The pork pies made by them are delicious.Also they will order items you have difficulty buying locally ie yorkshire tea and maldon sea salt.great place,great people.

The produce and the service that you receive in O'Dohertys from Pat, Nuala and their Mum is absolutely fantastic and it is such a pleasure to shop there. I would not buy my meat from anywhere else, the range and selection of meats is out of this world.
Fresh, tasty produce with that unique O'Doherty presentation. Buy their several varities of meat with or without one of their tasty sauces or herb dressings, all of which is offered in either single or multiple portions to suit each individual customer. And the various different flavours of 'Back Bacon' are a must ! And there's much more ! Always delivered with a courteous smile and a professional service.

We found this place while staying in Enniskillen and it's fantastic. Local meat and a selection of game as well, which we had previously found hard to find. Whenever my husband works in the area I always send a shopping list!

i think that O'Doherty's meats is the best butcher shop iv been to.i find it a pleasure 2 live cloce to it.Pat,the owner, is so good.He always has a joke up his sleve!!
I do the family shopping here because it is well worth it. Unlike other butcher shops I do not have to throw out a good portion of the meat because it is 'manky' fat or weeping. I love the variety of the sausages (even though I end up buying more than I originally intended) and the fact that so much is organic. I buy the Black bacon & sausages as presents for friends and to introduce others to it. When they realise that the bacon sizzles on the pan instead of releasing white water they too become customers. And as for the friendlienss of the staff..it couldn't be better.

It is a pleasure to visit O'Doherty's for the friendly service and the craic with Pat. The meat ain't half good either!! Produce from anywhere else just does'nt do after getting used to O'Doherty's. Good Luck!!

The meat from this butchers is the best meat in Northern Ireland. We holiday in Fermanagh and love going down there to get a good supply of different meats including the famous black bacon and clonakilty black pudding. The staff are so friendly and talk to you like old friends. The owner has even offered to take us to see his pigs by boat to the island where they are reared. The range is fantastic and it makes it difficult to choose what to buy. Also there is a good range of deli foods - the olives marinated in chilli are delicious. It is a pleasure to shop here.
