Catherine Temple was taught to make cheese and butter by her mother and grandmother and still uses their tried-and-trusted methods to make several varieties of cows' milk cheese by hand. These include Binham Blue, Great Walsingham, Melton (a mozzarella made from cows' milk) and a Dutch Edam-style called Warham. The milk comes from the family's own herd and the cheeses are available from Holkham, Burnham Market, Aylsham, Dereham, Wymondham and Fakenham farmers markets.
