Description
Recently opened in February 2007, Deli at 56 aims to provide the community with fresh, local produce at a reasonable price. Owner Charlotte Campbell is committed to making Deli at 56 a shop at the heart of the local village. Stock includes a range of British cheeses, local lamb, beef and pork, cakes delivered fresh every morning, breads, fruit and vegetables, preserves, and much more. Deli at 56 has come to be extremely popular with local food enthusiasts.

I was most overwhelmed by the wellcome i received from Charlotte Campbell this morning when i introduced my Authentic curry masala products into her little gem of a shop. Her staff, becky and dasiy were also keen to learn all about the masala. The Deli is full of local produce, which i think is wonderful and been a food enthusiastic myself, this deli is now my local favourite. Badu Thobhani, colchester, essex

Charlotte, Daisy and Becky are always so kind and friendly and welcoming, the food is fresh and mouth wateringly tempting and the flowers are so unusual and beautiful. Deli@56 has proved to be a real asset to Kelvedon. Every best wish Karen

It has lovely food, special treats, friendly and helpful staff and is a great asset to Kelvedon High Street, from the outside as you pass by and admire the fruit, flowers and veg on display and inside where there are so many good things and a lovely atmosphere.

This place has an amazing arrange of local produce and the cheese is second to none! The staff are very friendly.

I get so excited when I walk into this little gem of a shop! Packed with such mouthwatering, innovative ingredients and all local!!! I am so happy to have moved to Kelvedon as this deli makes our high street so special. Staff are always so cheery too!!

Deli@56 is the best thing to happen to Kelvedon in a long time. It is so nice to have such a great choice of produce without having to travel miles to get it. They are also very willing to get things in if they havent already got them in stock.

This is by far the best shop in Kelvedon. Every week we buy pork and apple sausages, and the selection of chesse is espeically good. well done Charlotte.

This is the kind of shop that makes a village a community. Great selection of great local products and staff that know their stuff especially the fantastic cheeses. I now find supermarket cheese counters boring.

A welcome addition to Kelvedon. Great choice of food and ever friendly and polite staff.Good selection of fresh flowers as well. A real winner and always worth a visit review this place now
