How to make perfect chicken kiev
In this recipe video, Tom Kerridge shows you the secret to making a perfect chicken kiev.
2) Remove the top layer of cling film then, using a palette knife, spread the garlic butter all over the chicken.
3) Using the bottom layer of cling film as a guide, roll up the chicken like you would a swiss roll. Wrap tightly in cling film, then refigerate until ready to cook.

This was a brilliant dinner, I also added a little fresh coriander and all chicken kiev disappeared, even my grandaughter ate it all. Well done Tom and thanks
