View all comments (8)I have watched valentine warners: coast to coast and very much enjoyed it which brought me to this site. on the programme he came fishing very close to where I go fishing and made some amazing looking dishes at Llangenith beach. I would like to know if anyone could point me in the direction of some fish dishes I could cook on a cheap barbecue at the beach when i've caught a fish?
Valentine recommended three books that he keeps in his kitchen. one is Elizabeth David, another by Escoffier but what was the third?
